Orderer: The Office of the Town of Zamość.

    Net area: 6 000 m ².
    Cubature: 4 121 9 m ³.
    Investment cost: m ² of net area : 5 497 PLN.
    Main hall: 506 seats.
    Rehearsal chamber: 150 seats.

The accepted design assumptions preserving the existing relief layout (without any significant spatial changes, just a correction in the solutions of decorative structures) lead to the demolition of the existing edifice topping the amphitheatre (considering its bad technical condition and low utilitarian value) as well as the complete liquidation of the existing amphitheatre and the stage with its roofing.

The hall is adjusted to the layout of the existing amphitheatre within the ravelin, the existing development of open park areas and the afforestation. From the town side, a general zone extends with entrance halls, box offices, cloakrooms and sanitary complexes having access to the main hall, the rehearsal chamber and the café. The track of complementary rooms, such as rehearsal rooms, dressing rooms and administration, are located in the northwestern part.
